Design Thinking Course on LinkedIn Learning

For the past decade, I've been working at frog, a global design and strategy firm. Throughout my work at frog I've been interested in understanding the processes, mindsets and ways of work that lead to great results and strong teams.

Recently I launched a course on LinkedIn Learning sharing some of the tools and approaches that we use for problem solving, often called design thinking, which businesses around the world are recognizing is particularly good at opening new markets and creating competitive advantage.

The course discusses design thinking mindsets, ideation, problem-solving, and leadership strategies and specific tools like journey mapping, concepting, and prototyping, helpful for teams solving design challenges together.

The full course is viewable at https://www.linkedin.com/learning/learning-design-thinking-lead-change-in-your-organization/welcome and a selection of the 27 course segments are below.
