“The government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.” -- From the Treaty of Tripoli, ratified unanimously by the United States Senate and signed by President John Adams in 1797. When I see States attempting to revise our history -- to remove the separation of Church and State, to place Christian doctrine in schools and other invasions of private faith into public life...
